“We used to have electricity”

A great piece of reporting in today’s New York Times by Jeffery Gettleman about the chaos, disorder, corruption, and decay that continues to plague the Congo.  It’s certainly a sad story but it needs to be told; the only way that the Congo will ever improve is if more people recognize just how bad things are there.
